We offer a special story and an innovative product: duvets with our specially developed DownWool® filling.

Grüezi bag® is the developer and producer of the unique, patented DownWool® insulation. Since 2018, we have been successfully distributing award-winning sleeping bags and insulated clothing with DownWool® filling to outdoor, camping, and mountaineering retailers – with consistently strong growth. Now, together with you, we would like to establish our DownWool® duvets in qualified bedding stores.

DownWool® is an innovative combination of ethically sourced down and Alpine wool, uniting the advantages of both natural materials: down is exceptionally lightweight and offers excellent warmth, while wool regulates moisture and temperature. This balanced combination helps to pleasantly regulate the sleeping environment – ​​for a thoroughly comfortable and restful sleep experience.

Our Grüezi bag® duvets are produced ecologically, sustainably, and entirely "Made in Germany." As an owner-managed family business, we focus on long-term partnerships and trusting collaboration.

Your responsibilities include:

• Independent acquisition of new competent bedding retailers (online and brick-and-mortar) in the field.
• They advise, persuade, and sell our products, which require explanation.
• They analyze market potential in your region.
• Prompt and intensive follow-up of all offers within the area of ​​responsibility with the aim of closing the sale.
• Training for sales staff in the retail sector
• Participation in trade fairs 

Your profile:

• You have already gained professional experience in field sales.
• They possess good communication skills and a confident demeanor.
• You can get excited about the topic of healthy and restful sleep.
• They have knowledge of the most common MS Office products, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• They enjoy traveling and being sociable and have their own car.
• They work in a structured, independent and absolutely reliable manner.
