Lightweight mummy sleeping bag that is insensitive to moisture.
The ideal companion from late spring to early autumn for camping, biking, in the tent or on the alpine pasture.
The ultra-lightweight mummy sleeping bag with high-quality, fluffy filling that provides good insulation at a light weight. The rustle-free, highly breathable outer material and the soft inner lining are particularly pleasant on the skin.
Its comfortably cut mummy shape makes it light and small in pack size. The pillow compartment is also very practical - simply insert a fleece jacket, for example, and you have a pillow that won't slip during sleep.
A deep and recuperative sleep is especially important after an active day. That's why our mummy sleeping bags are cut more comfortably, while we also pay attention to light weight and small packing volume.
ROBUST & RESISTANT
Through our high-quality microfibre filling, we achieve a strong bulking power. This is important for storing air. Air insulates and makes the sleeping bag nice and warm. The three-dimensional structure of the filling also allows moisture to be transported to the outside. This creates a pleasantly dry climate in the sleeping bag. The filling is robust, durable and resistant to moisture.
It is also light and easy to compress.

WHAT IS SYNTHDOWN?
The high-quality, ultra-fine, and therefore lightweight, three-dimensionally welded microfiber filling of the Grüezi bag® provides excellent loft, which is crucial for trapping air and thus ensuring comfortable warmth. The three-dimensional structure of the filling also promotes moisture wicking, creating a pleasant microclimate. This filling is characterized by its robustness, durability, and moisture resistance.
SUSTAINABILITY AND CLIMATE RESPONSIBILITY
- Grüezi bag® is a CO₂- neutral company.
- OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification for all materials used. This label for textiles tested for harmful substances guarantees that the product is safe for health.
- PFC/PFAS-free impregnation: Permanently water-repellent, silicone-free and based on bio-based raw materials (BeSoDRY by CHT) for optimal weather protection and maximum environmental compatibility.
- Colors: Sustainable BEMACID dyes (C2C by CHT), biologically safe, Cradle to Cradle® and bluesign® certified.
- Recycled fabrics: GRS-certified recycled nylon as outer and inner material.
- Repair and cleaning service
- Easy care: The sleeping bag can be washed by hand at max. 30 °C/ 86 °F or in the washing machine on a gentle cycle.
CARE
- The washing instructions are located in the inner pocket of the sleeping bag.
- Your item can be washed with a liquid detergent for delicates at a maximum temperature of 30°C/86°F, either by hand or in the washing machine on a gentle cycle.
- Please turn inside out, close the zipper, perform an extra rinse cycle and do not use fabric softener.
- Remove the items from the machine, loosen them up a bit, and finally spin them only lightly (max. 600 revolutions)!
Dry
- On sunny days, the sleeping bag can be laid on a clothes drying rack so that air can circulate around it from above and below. Please allow the sleeping bag to dry completely.
Tip
- When the sleeping bag is unpacked for the first time, it needs some time to become fluffy.
- All sleeping bags should be dried from time to time or after each trip to remove excess moisture.
- Sleeping bags must be stored open and dry in their storage bag. An old pillowcase can also be used as a storage bag.
- When packing the sleeping bag into the compression sack, it must be stuffed with the foot end first, not rolled or folded.
- Airing out a sleeping bag is better than washing it. For small external stains, we recommend gently cleaning only the stain itself (like this); heavily soiled or greasy sleeping bags can be washed in the washing machine.
- A sleeping mat should be used under every sleeping bag, as the insulation is compressed downwards inside the sleeping bag and therefore cannot trap air and thus heat. You can find more information about choosing the right sleeping mat here .
